Beth Caro is a nationally recognized leader in the vehicle title and registration industry and the President and CEO of Auto Tag Connect, a nationwide vehicle title and registration processing firm headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland.
With more than 25 years of experience, Beth has built a reputation for helping dealerships, lenders, auctions, and automotive professionals navigate complex title and registration processes across all 50 states launching NIVTA, the National Independent Vehicle Title Association.
This association supports Third-Party Vehicle Title Agencies and Dealerships across the country at a critical time for offices to become educated and certified in the work they perform in the Motor Vehicle Industry.
In addition to leading NIVTA and Auto Tag Connect, Beth plays an active role in advancing the vehicle titling profession nationally. She currently serves as:

Beth is a frequent industry speaker and education, presenting at conferences, dealer events and national forums on topics including: Vehicle title fraud prevention, electronic titling modernization, Digital identity verification (DLDV), Best practices for dealership title departments, and building compliant multi-state title operations.
She regularly collaborates with organizations such as AAMVA, state agencies, dealership associations and technology providers to improve title processing efficiency and strengthen safeguards against vehicle fraud.
Beth is passionate about building connections across the automotive ecosystem and actively works to bring together DMV leaders, technology innovators, dealerships and independent title agents to modernize the title and registration landscape.
